Good evening, my dear tumblr! Long time no see and the only excuse I have is a rather serious one…I’ve been off to my holidays in Thailand! There was no Internet connection, but loads of cocktails, sun (you missed this one here in London, didn’t you?:), seafood and the sea itself! Please don’t get too mad at me, since I came back with loads of energy and something to show you…

The very first thing I was going to show is myself, of course. The golden rule is even on the beach, when almost all the clothes is gone, Natacha stays in style! Well, if not clothes, we can always go for head bows!

One of my dinners in Koh Phi Phi Resort. I still can’t decide what is more enjoyable to take pictures of shoes or salmon? salmon or shoes?

This sunset is simply divine… Me relaxing in a hammock.

And this is what happens after the sun goes down. A unique opportunity to see a London based stylist partying in the beach outfits… And a rather unique opportunity to see someone like me with NO shoes on!

And here we are island hopping with my boyfriend and our friends. Simply spectacular! We even saw the Maya Beach where “The Beach” movie was shot. However, I need to say this paradise is lost. The place was more crowded than central line at 9 am.

Attention, this is not another view from a yacht, but…

from our bungalow in Koh Lipe. Please watch the snow white kitten - my new friend, who was slept outside our door every night.

My boyfriend full of emotions after…

a long-tail boat trip around the island we have done together.

My own beach house (which I am getting soon soon) is gonna be decorated exactly like this restaurant. Seeing our tan, you can easily tell it was our last dinner in Thailand… (last for this spring, though!)

Saying goodbye with a smile on a face is always a good sign. It either means I am glad to leave or I am just posing…in my very Thailand Versace T-shirt and vintage Levi’s, which I customized with studs.
It is much more than a curiosity of a tourist in the holiday pictures. It is more about warm feelings and emotions locked safely inside them. Hope that reading this brought you your own little bit of summer…
I’ve just noticed one thing… Didn’t write much about hair styling by far. Slick hair is so essential to every single look, we don’t even notice it, while talking about obvious things like clothes. However, if hair styling fails to impress, even the head-to-toes Сhanel look won’t really help.
Taking part in the L’Oreal colour trophy and winning it as a part of the Bob Boutique’s team (complimenting their work with my clothes styling) I once again realized right hair look is like brain either you have it or you spoil it all.
So… How did we get from here

to there?

One of the models I’ve styled strawberry blond Anabelle. The stylist was playing around with the short hair and the fringe, pushing all the colour to the front and diffusing it at the back. Want to see what I’ve done with the clothes for it?…

Some people could straightaway tell the styling was mine. L’Oreal is about classy. It is about beauty speaking for itself. Nothing too crazy and edgy… You see what I mean? Of course, vintage! Guess, L’oreal and this little vintage velvet dress is a perfect match.

And I just can’t imagine anything else but these intricate knee long socks going so well with the quirky heels from Prada.

Exactly the same rule applies to the men’s style.

Oh wait, let’s start from the beginning. This is Harry and his award-winning hair (and clothes!) styling.

“Hair inspired by fashion” was a motto of the whole competition. So, apparently while I was getting inspired by 70s and 80s, hair stylists were getting inspired by me :-)

My friend Roberto (he was exactly the one behind the hair magic) and me were so in tune with each other, doing our own jobs, we even won this award!

We’ll see you at L’Oreal finals…

I was born on Mother’s Day. So, my Mom’s gift for last Sunday was already covered :-) Hm, to be honest there is something really sweet about sharing this special day with all the Mothers in the world…
Here I am at my birthday party. And I don’t even know what to talk about now. Seems so strange to discuss leggings (gorgeous, aren’t they?) I was wearing, while wearing them I was sitting next to a work of art. I can never choose who is the master. Art or fashion, fashion or art?
However, most probably art. This time it will be art and my friend’s painting of my boyfriend and me. Not only beautiful, but full of something I just can’t describe, just my boyfriend and me. Can fashion ever bring us so much affection and warmth? Yes, it can. But we’ll talk about it some time later… For now on, let there be love and let there be art.
P.S. Happy Birthday to me!
Are you ready for a big big boom? It’s not that Tara Ferry is cute as usual, it’s that he is made even more good-looking when styled by Peter Cardona and me Tacha Costa :-) for GQ Italia.
Also to claim some more fame, Tara is exactly that guy who is staring at you from Burberry adverts, being the face of the brand.
The title of the shoot is stolen from his father’s song. Remember that “slave to love, oh oh, slave to love…” It is all about dynamics, chic of old school music (Bob Dylan and Jim Morrison are our official inspiration) and just so GQ.

We love men from GQ. They have a statement. Being beautiful and feminine is easy, leave it for ladies from Vogue. How about being beautiful and just so masculine? How about styling someone in this way? Oh, what a feeling !

Style would lose so much and we all would lose so much of style, if not a lense and a person behind it. Amazing work done by Jason Hetherington. And many thanks to Hoxton Street Studios for its very special East London vibe I am almost addicted to feel while working.
